I loved how the little baby piglet stayed near her mom, LuLu, during my visit to the Odd Bird Farm North of Kansas City, MO. This little piglet, May, gives hope for the survival of the Meishan pigs, as they are critically in danger of extinction. Small farmers like Jonathon and Molly are working hard to ensure this breed survives.
