I met Wei just west of Kansas City at the Odd Bird Farm. There Jonathan and Molly raise Meishan pigs which are critically in danger of extinction. The Meishan's are mainly black in color and have the most wrinkled noses I've ever seen. They are docile, calm and excellent mothers. The Odd Bird Farm is doing what it can to preserve this rare breed of pig.
