In 2012 I was asked to visit several small farmers across Missouri who had worked with the Lincoln University Cooperative Extension. These farmers had successfully implemented various programs that the University offered. I chatted with the farmers and photographed them and their animals, crops, produce....whatever they raised. One such farm had cattle and hogs. I found the British Whites to be a very striking cow.
