I ensure that each digital file is properly setup for printing on your selected medium. Once printed, your custom order has been properly packaged for safe delivery. Only if your order arrives damaged, please contact me at Kim Carr Photography (636-358-7042) within 4 business days of receipt. I will reprint any damaged order (or portion of an order). Any damaged items will need to be returned to my studio. If you are unhappy with your selection based on something other than the artwork being damaged upon delivery, I cannot offer you any refund since your online selection was custom produced specifically for you.
